About Me

Hi, I am Dave, an avid outdoorsy guy who loves to hike and just be outdoors. I am also a newby overlander enthusiast.

My first Overlanding experience was driving to Alaska and spending 6 weeks in my Chevy S10 Blazer. Wow, how time flies. We had a blast...but we didn't call it Overlanding, we just called it driving and camping.

To return to overlanding, I purchased a 2006 Dodge Dakota and will spend the spring/ summer modifying it. I am planning the inaugural trip for August to hit the road and get into the wild! Let me take you on my journey and share what I learn.
